Exceptional. Really 10! Staff is incredible and super helpful. Ahileseas at the reception is a man to go to solve any issue you may have - old school of highest customer care and service! Food is great! Staff at the main restaurant as well as all other food locations are excellent. Restaurant manager - thank you!!! Meze canteen is a must to have lunch at. Bar tender lady with long tail - you are the best, so inspiring and always smiling, your banana milkshake are as if from my childhood! Take a photo of a small turtle moving to the warm and lovely sea. Fascinating walk along the sea. Facilities are modern and very clean. Cleaning lady was super kind. We all enjoyed the stay - thank you!!!

This hotel is beautiful, we stayed here for 6 nights and didn't want to leave. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, from the moment we arrived they helped get us checked in and took our bags to our room. Denise showed us to our room and showed us how everything worked, which was really nice. The food really is something that this hotel does well (especially for an All Inclusive) namely the Meze lunch bar which we couldn't believe was included in the all inclusive 😍 great cocktail menu, recommend the Hugo!! Hopefully we'll return again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Domes Aulus Zante hotel. I especially want to thank the Operations Manager, who welcomed us warmly, changed our room to an ideal one, making our stay exceptional. Whenever there was an issue (at the reception), she went above and beyond to resolve it. Individuals like the Operations Manager truly create a remarkable experience for guests. The hotel itself is beautifully situated, and the turtles you can see by swimming 100-200 meters from the shore create an amazing experience. The food is top-notch, and the yoga classes are very professional. The hotel allows for great relaxation and is very child-friendly, which is a huge plus. We look forward to our future experiences with the Domes network with great anticipation.

We are traveling for the first time with our little one and did a short stop in Zakynthos. the hotel team could not have been more accommodating to him and to us. The buffet was amazing (plenty of choice) and they always asked if we needed something diferent they could add. The receptionist that checked us in gave us a lot of recommendations, we want to come back to try them all. They had opened a kids water facility that was very welcomed for the hot day we had.

I had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort in Zante. The beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help. The food was excellent – fresh, varied, and delicious at every meal. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and hospitality. Highly recommended!
